Bircher Muesli


-1 cup rolled oats or natural muesli
-½ cup apple and mango juice
-2 nashi, grated
-400g Greek yogurt
-½ teaspoon cinnamon
-1 cup raspberries(fresh or frozen)

Combine oats, juice and grated nashi. Cover and leave to soak for 1 hour or overnight.

Stir through yogurt and cinnamon. Spoon into serving bowls.

Serve with raspberries and extra sliced nashi

A healthy and satisfying way to begin each morning, that combines healthy oats with fresh fruit, creamy yoghurt and cinnamon.
